We Require T-level Bookkeeping at all our Clients

We provide a team approach to bookkeeping as most businesses require bookkeepers with various levels of competencies at different times.

T-level bookkeeping necessitates a higher level of bookkeeper competency, thus our bookkeepers must have a level 4 or above rating.

Bookkeeper Competencies Chart

Journal entry level (J-Level)

J-level involves entering transactions in batches by preparing spreadsheets to summarize large amounts of date into categories, for example: a credit card statement, and posting one journal entry for all the transactions for the month into the accounting software.

Transaction entry level (T-level)

T-level involves posting each individual transaction into the accounting software and then reconciling each transaction to the related monthly statement, for example: credit card, bank, line of credit, etc.
